MY DESIGNS AND INVENTIONS

I also like to design and invent things that make people's lives easier and more enjoyable.
In 1987, I built the world's first cat litter box with a rack‑and‑pinion scooping mechanism.
I sent a video to manufacturers in the US and this idea became popular many years leter.

I then became more interested in designing space‑efficient motorhomes and travel trailers.
I was granted a US patent in May 2004 for a 30‑foot trailer as featured in the New York Times.

At the end of 2024, I finally found a practical way to fit three bedrooms inside a motorhome under 19 feet in length.
This design has a potential to revolutionize the motorhome industry as well as the tinyhouse or tinyhome industry.
I have applied for a US patent for this design and intend to start building a working prototype as soon as possible.
I also intend to have this type of motorhome manufactured in the US as well as Mexico, Canada, Europe and Asia.

In February 2026, I found a way to reduce the overall length to 17.7' while retaining most of the same amenities.
So it is now possible for a 3‑bedroom motorhome to be of approximately the same length as a typical minivan.

I was also granted my third US patent titled Motorhome with Expandable Bathroom in December 2025.
